4. Service & Refill Warranties (Important)

Our panel is directly integrated with international provider servers. Because of this architecture, our refill and refund policies strictly depend on the status of our upstream partners:

• Provider Issues: If you place an order for a service with a "Refill Warranty" and the order is marked completed, but the upstream server subsequently goes offline or faces technical issues, we cannot process the refill until the provider resolves the issue.
• No Refunds on Provider Drops: If the issue originates from our provider's side (e.g., source panel closed, service removed completely), we will neither be able to refill the service nor provide a refund.
• No Guaranteed Results: We do not guarantee any specific results (such as social media engagement stability, drop rate percentages, etc.) and reserve the right to refuse refunds or refills under the conditions listed above.

4. Orders, Cancellations, Refunds & Refill Policies (Important)

Our panel is directly integrated with international provider servers. Because of this architecture, we do not manually cancel, refund, or mark orders as partial ourselves; we simply forward your orders to our providers. An order will only be canceled, refunded, or marked partial if the provider does so from their end.

• Order Processing & Cancellations: We do not have the ability to forcefully cancel or refund an active order. If an order gets stuck or needs cancellation, it strictly depends on the provider's response.
• Refill Delays & Failures: If you place an order with a "Refill Warranty" and apply for a refill using the refill button, please note that the refill process is entirely dependent on the provider. If the refill is delayed or fails to process from the provider's side, we cannot do anything to force it. We can, however, forward your case via a support ticket to the provider for investigation.
• No Refunds on Provider Drops: If a service drops and the provider's panel is closed or the service is completely removed, we will neither be able to refill the service nor provide a refund.

5. Account Inactivity Policy

To maintain a secure and optimized database, any user account that remains completely inactive (defined as no successful logins and no new orders placed) for a continuous period of 6 months will be subject to permanent suspension or deletion without prior notice. Any remaining balance in such accounts will be forfeited.

6. Billing & Payments

Payments on Pakistani SMM Panel are processed securely. By purchasing our services, you explicitly agree that all payments are final and non-refundable. If you encounter any issues, you must contact our support team instead of filing disputes or chargebacks. Adding funds from unauthorized third parties, stolen cards, or fraudulent means is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
